This policy describes how INCODECRAFT collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit incodecraft.com or contact us. INCODECRAFT acts as data controller for information you submit through the contact form. We comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national law.
1. Data controller
The data controller is INCODECRAFT. For any request relating to personal data, contact us at hello@incodecraft.com.
2. Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), project type, budget, timeline, referral source, and project description. We only collect this data through what you actively submit. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect aggregated technical data about site usage (see the Analytics section).
3. Legal basis and purpose
Contact form data is processed to respond to your inquiry and, if a project proceeds, to communicate about that project — legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request and, where applicable, contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Analytics data is processed on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given via the cookie banner.
4. How we use your information
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if a project continues, to communicate about that project. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages visited, traffic sources, aggregate behavior). GA4 sets cookies and processes technical data about your device and browser. Analytics only runs if you accept cookies in the banner; you can change your choice anytime via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Google acts as a processor in this context, under Google's policies.
6. Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry or, if a project proceeds, for the duration of the business relationship and any legally required retention period afterward (for example, accounting or tax obligations). Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings and retention policies.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to withdraw consent for analytics without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In Romania, this is ANSPDCP. To exercise your rights, email hello@incodecraft.com.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data submitted through the site. Internet communication cannot be guaranteed as fully secure; you share information at your own reasonable risk.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on the site at the time of access applies.
